Most impressed by the service provided by Furnish in Spain. When we first found this website we were, of course, a bit sceptical about making payment into an account when we didn't even know the company but we are so glad we decided to take the risk!!! We were dealt with in a very helpful and efficient manner when our goods were purchased and collected from IKEA, Murcia and delivered and assembled at our holiday apartment here in UGR La Tercia. When the covers we had picked for our sofa and chairs were no longer available a quick phone call from Mike when we gave him our alternative solved the problem and although the alternative was dearer Claire and Mike were happy to wait until they delivered before they received the extra money . We also had to change the delivery date - twice - and this was dealt with without any complaint. A most professional service which probably prevented a divorce as assembling the goods -which was done so quickly and efficiently by Mike and a colleague, with all the packaging taken away - would, we are sure, have caused a lot of stress and harsh words!!
So thank you Claire and Mike and we shall pass the word round our friends here on UGR La Tercia.

What a fantastic service! Can't thank Mike and his team enough for the safe, efficient, delivery and construction of over 90 items of furniture. They even resolved some annoying Ikea related issues (including replacing a damaged item) with good grace and ensured everything was clean and tidy before they left after 2 long days of work. Claire was also very efficient and patient with the (many) changes I made to the order as it grew and grew.

This service was fantastic both Claire and Mike were great. The process was so easy and they were very reliable and efficient. All the furniture was assembled brilliantly, we had a little issue with one item but as soon as I contacted Claire it was resolved immediately. Will definitely be using their service again. I first tried to have the delivery organised via IKEA online, as I had been assured by staff when I visited the Murcia branch that if all products were available, then delivery would be within 3 days of order and payment. However, after receiving the quote from IKEA re. collection and transport, they gave no commitment as to the date of delivery: 'between now and 28 days'. As time was of the essence, this was no good to me, which is where Mike and Claire stepped in - they could not have been more responsive and efficient. Delivery on the dot, all products correctly supplied, money back for one particular item which proved not to be available (though the IKEA site said it was at the time of order, but apparently the online stock records do not always match the actual situation). To recap, a very efficient and friendly service, at a competitive price and, if like me, your Spanish is not very fluent, then communication is also so much easier. Thank you!
